RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return/exchange policy?

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is unworn, unwashed, and has the original packaging. 

All items can be exchanged for a store credit within a one week window of delivery. We do not accept returns. To request an exchange, please contact customer service at contact@shophotrose.com. Customer is responsible for return shipping label.

Exchanges can be processed for item(s) of equal value or a gift card for future purchase. 

There absolutely no full refunds available. If an issue arises, we will offer a store credit.

Can sale items be returned or exchanged?

All sale items are final sale. 

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How long will my order take to ship?

You can expect your order to ship in an average of 2 business days or less.

How long does US shipping take?

US shipping can take up to 7-10 business days. However, most orders should arrive in 2-4 business days.

How long does international shipping take?

International shipping can take up to 14 days.

How do you ship?

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS. International orders are shipped via DHL. You will receive a confirmation email with a personal tracking number for your package when you order has been processed.
